On the 26th September 2021 Aspire competed at the Regional Championships held at Heathrow GC for the first time in two years due to COVID-19.
The gymnasts were all entered at Regional club level. In the 13+ age group Gracie placed 1st with her team mate Scarlett in 2nd. Despite Scarlett saying how nervous she was they both showed their routines like they had never been away! In the 12 years category, Shalomie placed 1st, Summer 4th and Eadie 6th. The three girls showed some superb performances and are already eager to to compete again. In the 11 years age group, LouLou placed 1st, Olivia 3rd, Juljia 5th, Lillie 6th and Rebecca 10th. A great competition from these girls who looked beautiful and had so much fun.
We could not be prouder of the girls. The efforts in preparation were phenomenal and the results showed in their performances today. They were a credit to the Aspire team. We would just like to say thank you for the continuous support of their parents, a huge thank you to their coaches Elvan and Amy, a thank you to Rocsa leotards for helping to them to look and feel great and a special thank you to Julie, our club judge.
